This part of the event will give participants the opportunity to develop skills in project management needed to implement any youth project. It will be a more technical training on how to implement a project from an administrative perspective. Participants will be presented with information about financial, logistic and technical support for projects, as well as with good practice examples. At the end there will a workshop where participants will have the opportunity to develop their own projects.
